Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse 5000 Pin

Autumn 2010 Pro Recco Jujitsu

This fall has been very active for Pro Recco Jujitsu.

Last month, in fact, me and the sensei Augustine Lasaracina we went to visit the High School Nicola da Recco for a practical demonstration of the children and teachers involved (including the Professor Long that already had a background from jutsuka Orecchia and professor who has followed with interest).
Apart from the initial shyness of the children, all participants have shown interest in both practical, with us trying a few techniques, and theoretical, with a series of clever questions and objections.
As soon as you can, next year we will try to return to high school where the availability of the headmaster and teachers and Long Pellas, as well as the commitment of students, made us feel really welcome.

There were also interesting events that have involved Some of our members. I remember the stage
of November 29 held by master Quentin Schicchi and Michael DeMaria on the application of their martial arts coming to the defense - the Bianchi method (with the master Schicchi, cn 6th Dan Jujitsu, 3rd level MGA ) and Yoseikan Budo (in which the master DeMaria has a 4th dan).

In the photo master Quentin Schicchi in the red box, and two technicians Pro Recco Judo / Jujitsu in yellow boxes: [I] Francesco Gentile (cn 2 Dan Judo, 1st level MGA) and [II] Augustine Lasaracina.

Another important event, which is on the photo above, is Regional training course was the MGA, which carried a report drawn up by Augustine Lasaracina sensei.
<<
Sunday, December 6, 2009 was held during the annual update of the regional technical staff for MGA, the course was held in the gymnasium of Pro Recco Judo / Jiu-Jitsu under the supervision of regional and national teacher Quentin Schicchi.
It was a busy day (as well as rich from the technical point of view), which saw all participants commit physically and mentally - with some differences according to age and more or less adequate physical preparation. As a personal observation, I could not help but notice the little familiar from some of the best manual to master all the basic techniques.
Regardless, this year the teacher Schicchi gave everyone a chance to review and update their technical knowledge, with a 'global approach is very dynamic and very typical of the federal method.

Hoping to continue to work on multiple fronts and in multiple events, we thank the readers of the site and enrolled in the Pro Recco Jujitsu, and we do all our best wishes for Christmas and the beginning the new year.

Implantation Bleeding Twice?

Swings ... Portraits

I started last year to conceive the idea of \u200b\u200bmaking pictures of the rides using the Reflex, and I found discrete problems:

1. Times. Each carousel "works" with its time. These are brighter than those less enlightened, that are different from Tagada. So I had to have the opportunity and ease to change the time at will, which last year could not do without a tripod. This would not come without a tripod:

2. The comfortable. Apart from the stand did not have to worry about accidentally frame faces, something which has happened, because I will never publish those pictures because, let's face it, I refuse to do so! I may be obsessed with privacy, but do not know who those people are and I can not ask for permission. I seem ugly. Ok a distant figure of which shows a bit of face features or vague, but looks good ... shame because I had an interesting. Suggestions? Maybe I'll try to rework the picture in order to "obscure" the faces, with different versions. I hate these things really bother me ... post pictures of others with their faces without having received permission (and the boys would give me maybe, lol ... to find a new boyfriend ...)

Here the face is not good luck to see, you have to fix it ... dark picture, so far ...

Another way to solve the long time are: the ride is a trail of colored light and people become shadows in movimemento. No faces, no problems for me. But there is a risk that someone turns and stares. If you can cut cut, but sometimes "jumps" the composition ... (

3. Composition. Maybe I've developed a better "face of kyulo" but I feel slightly less uncomfortable place me in there and take pictures even with the tripod. The trick is to tell operators that present them to him and obviously it sent by mail or giving it as a download on the Internet? I would say maybe ... I hope they are coming, if it was not like I'll have to bring a CD or the address of Photobucket ...
