<< The event last Saturday, March 14, 2009, was attended by many people, including athletes and coaches from different disciplines, motivated by the desire to attend and participate (at least for the most part) have taken the lessons of the masters, the main theme : ju jitsu fighting system .
The work began with a demonstration of the Federal Arbitration technical Stefania Bavoso, and was then continued with the demonstration of technical Maurizio Moroni who has provided dei convenuti svariate tecniche da lui usate nelle competizioni, senza risparmiarsi su niente; ultimi, ma non per importanza, sono stati Stefano Puggioni e Massimo Angeloni, tecnici di diversi stili di karate che, alternandosi e assistendosi vicendevolmente, hanno dato dimostrazione del kumite agonistico, per impostare infine l’ultima parte del pomeriggio su una vera lezione di karate con tanto di esercizi propedeutici e ludici.

For those unfamiliar with the "ju jitsu fighting system ," it is a competitive sport with strict rules designed to ensure maximum safety and protection of the athlete, is based on some techniques of ju jitsu, and is divided into three phases :
1) atemi - kicking and punching
2) nage waza - standing fight and projections, landing
3) waza it - the fight to the ground, levers, strangulation and intangible
