Sabato 26 febbraio, CISL e UIL hanno firmato con la Confcommercio, l’accordo di rinnovo del CCNL: si tratta di un accordo vergognoso che recepisce il peggio della “ricetta Marchionne” e del Collegato Lavoro.
In cambio di aumenti ridicoli in 3 anni (86 euro lordi) si concedono deroghe peggiorative al contratto nazionale e modifiche insostenibili a diritti come per il pagamento della malattia. Ecco i principali punti dell’accordo:
> previste DEROGHE PEGGIORATIVE al contratto nazionale per gli accordi di secondo livello (Territorial or company) while the same decentralized bargaining is cleared for possible changes "improvements"
> NO PAYMENT OF DISEASE: in the first three days of each disease, it is expected to pay 100% for only the first two diseases year, then for the 3rd and 4th disease, the company pays only 50%, and disease from the 5th onwards: Zero earnings for all three days (excluding only the disease over 11 days) and it is expected the total "leakage" by the insurance INPS disease;
> introduces the rules of the CONNECTED WORK CERTIFICATION on contracts and arbitration (Forms of blackmail and renunciation of workers rights and contract law);
> the number of hours of Individual licenses is tied to length of service, increases the system of bilateral bodies (employers-unions); contracts PART TIME-8 hours per week for the weekend; increase of trial periods, increased employment SUNDAY compulsory up to 30% more on Sunday approved locally and the fragmented nature of the CCNL in special parts and sub-sectors (trade, services, cars , telecommunications), trade union truce (ie ban on strikes) during their labor disputes;
The CGIL has not signed this total sellout of rights, were in favor of a referendum among the workers, we hope that is not going to sign this agreement, after a few months, as has already happened with the previous renewal of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement. USB as we believe that an agreement of this kind is totally unacceptable and that the severity 'of the content must be found by auditors and by workers a clear-cut opposition.
